Hemp Smoothie

Sweet, velvety and green at the same time. A delicious nutritious breakfast meal or a snack to take on the go. Life is so fast we need to be ready to always be nourish.

  • 1 cup fresh almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 small dates
  • 5 leaves of red lettuce
  • 1 scoop of Acai hemp protein powder

Blend and drink.

I am learning that a little protein at each meal keep my energy going longer. Hemp seed is a great source
