Chia breakfast smoothie

This is an amazing recipe I learned from a friend.
It’s so simple you may become addicted to having it every morning like I have!

  1. Blend in Vitamix 1Tbsp cashew (soaked overnight)
  2. Add 1 banana, 1cup papaya, 8oz water and 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  3. Wait 10 min for seeds to expend
  4. Drink and savor it
