The days immediately following your cleanse are important as it will be the first food to reach the newly cleansed tissue.
- Eat soft foods high in fiber. Make sure you eat soluble and insoluble fiber.
- Eat foods high in chlorophyll such as wheat-grass, and algae.
- Include probiotic and fermented foods in your diet such as coconut kefir.
- Drink up to 10 glasses of water a day.

Begin eating soft foods three days before your cleanse and continue this for three days after your cleanse. Food should never be too hot or too cold. Hot foods burn the stomach wall and cold foods paralyze the stomach and keep it from performing proper digestive functions.
