Quick Ginger Butternut Squash Soup

1/2 cup onion saute in coconut oil
2 cup boiling water
1 cup diced butternut squash
1 Tbsp. raw almond butter
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Blend until smooth in your vitamix for 3 min. and serve with diced avocado. Serves 1

  • 1 tbl. spoon cashews (soaked in water over-night)
  • 1 basket of fresh, organic strawberries
  • 1 tbl. spoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon organic agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Blend and drink

* 1 Tbs. cashews (soaked overnight)
* 1tbsp raw cocoa powder
* 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
* 1 banana
* 1 mango
* 1cup papaya,
* 8oz water

  1. Blend cashews and water in blender until somewhat creamy
  2. Add 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  3. wait 10 minutes for Chia seeds to expand.
  4. Add all other ingreedients and blend again
  5. Drink and savor it

The days immediately following your cleanse are important as it will be the first food to reach the newly cleansed tissue.

- Eat soft foods high in fiber. Make sure you eat soluble and insoluble fiber.

- Eat foods high in chlorophyll such as wheat-grass, and algae.

- Include probiotic and fermented foods in your diet such as coconut kefir.

- Drink up to 10 glasses of water a day.
