I am so excited ( yes I am quickly excited when it come to health) of this great delicious drink.
First, always leave your juicer ready on the counter and wash it each evening.
Second, once a week buy your fruits and vegetables from the Farmers Markets.
Third, rinse fruits and vegetables well before you juice them
- Prepare 1 large cucumber
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 large branch of mint
- Juice it all
- Sip slowly like you favorite cocktail
- You just replenish your electrolyte, minerals and vitamins, it’s like a blood transfusion. Yum!!!!!
