The power of cold shower to clean your lymph glands and dissolves belly fat
We think of detox and we think about juicing, smoothies, juice fasts or elimination diets. Really, healthy detoxification happen every day and the more you can naturally support your liver to do the 500 jobs it must perform in your body, the healthier you will be.
The lymphatic system is your body’s sewage system.
Cleansing the lymphatic system and liver daily will eliminate inflammation, support healthy detoxification, purify the body and boost immunity.
The lymphatic system, important work, is to carry toxin, bacteria, virus, parasites, and fungus from your cells out of your body.
The liver’s job is to cleanse and filter the blood, which is important for every bodily function. Dirty liver creates dis-ease conditions.
When the liver is toxic, a myriad of health issues can appear, such as:
- hormonal imbalances
- low sex drive
- chronic inflammation
- chronic colds
- skin rashes
- belly fat or weight gain
- brain fog
- mood swings
- sickness and disease
There are so many ways to support the body naturally to detoxify and cleanse the organs.
For example:
- Epsom Salt Baths
- Dry Skin Brushing
- Sauna and Sweating
- Tongue Cleaning
Today, I want to share a method that has been around for centuries and many of you have likely not yet discovered – the power of hot and cold showers. It’s cheap, easy and so effective.
A hot and cold shower is the perfect way to detox your body in the comfort of your home. Plus, it’s cheap, easy and so effective.
Cold water stimulates the release of endorphins and gets the heart pumping. The cold water stimulates circulation and supports expansion of the muscles, hence the release of toxins. Cold water has more oxygen, for this reason, more alkalizing to the body.
Hot water relaxes the body, reduces stress and has been known to increase oxytocin levels in the body, a hormone that supports good moods and happy feelings.
A hot and cold shower gently improves detoxification.
I suggest starting with hot water for 3 minutes, then cold for 1 minute, then hot for 3 minutes then cold for 1 minute and repeat several times, ending with cold.
“When Lisa started to use the power of hot and cold showers, her body felt different. After having an autoimmune disease for over 10 years (ulcerative colitis), it really became that much more important for her to cleanse her liver and lymph daily to keep her digestion and immune system strong.”
You do not need to have a major health issue or disease to use hot and cold showers to detox. You can use this bath to improve circulation, which boosts your immune system, releases toxic waste from the lymphatic system and the liver, leaving you healthy, happy and toxin free.
