I drink liquids that cleanse, hydrate, rejuvenate and nourish me I drink daily 4 quarts of alkaline water, fresh organic vegetable and fruit juice, fresh smoothies and delicious teas. 2. I eat foods that create amazing health gut I eat mainly organic vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, protein, good fat & lots of probiotic foods at each meal 3. I use natural herbs and food to heal my body To heal dis-ease, cleanse, detoxify, balance and nourish Me 4. I move my body daily I walk, dance, run, bounce, swim, stretch, breathe. I always have fun doing it! 5. I create a daily cleansing routine, monthly colon cleanse, seasonal liver cleanse I love eating soft food to give my digestion a rest with fresh juices, smoothies and soups. 6. I use only alternative healing modalities to prevent & heal my body I schedule colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, lymph massage, hot and cold bath, essential oils, acupressure, hypnotherapist and more that heal my all body. 7. I have a healthy home for my Well-Being. I only use clean organic soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, and cleaning product like baking soda and vinegar to uplift my health. 8. I think positively to always feel at peace “I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you!” 9. I treat others as I like to be treated, with love. I am happy, friendly, positive, clear, honest, sincere, caring and loving. 10. I Love Myself & My Life. Life is Good. I create my own reality!
