6. I use only alternative healing modalities to prevent & heal my body
I schedule colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, lymph massage, hot and cold bath, essential oils, acupressure, hypnotherapist and more that heal my all body.
7. I have a healthy home for my Well-Being.
I only use clean organic soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, and cleaning product like baking soda and vinegar to uplift my health.
