Family plans and gatherings
Let aromatherapy take you away for a while during this Holidays season. The oil for this month, orange, will help you take a break. It can also lift your mood, smooth anxious brow, calm and warm your heart.
Orange oil was not used medically until the 17th century. Legend has it that oranges were probably the “golden apples” of mythology times.
The sweet, warm fragrance of orange oil is ideal for children and for adults who have forgotten their inner child and are too serious and tense.
Warning: don’t use this oil undiluted on your skin because it can irritate, don’t use it also on your skin prior to sun bathing.
