1 bunch of celery in juicer

  • Trim ¼ inch of the base
  • Rinse the celery
  • Run the celery through your juicer
  • Strain the juice if desired
  • Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning
  • Wait 15 – 30 min before eating or drinking anything

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups wild blueberries
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1tsp spirulina
