- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut yogurt

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ½ cup blanched frozen cauliflower
Orange – carrot smoothie
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup carrot
- 1 orange
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 spoon marine collagen
- ¼ cup blanched, frozen cauliflower
Coconut – pineapple smoothie
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup thick coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Blueberries – spinach smoothie
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ avocado
- ½ cup blanched, frozen zucchini
Cucumber – grape smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cucumber
- ½ cup green grape
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup blanched frozen cauliflower
Detox beet – orange smoothie
- ½ cup carrot juice
- ¼ cup chopped cooked beets
- ½ cup kale
- 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Cherry – berry smoothie
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Energize banana – avocado
- ½ cup chilled coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ avocado
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp lime juice or 2 drops essential oil of lime
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy those delicious drinks.
