7 Morning Spiritual Practice to Start Your Day

What you do in the morning will dictate the energy for your entire day. So make it matter.

Incorporate these spiritual practices into your morning routine to ground you and also infuse your day with calmness and confidence.

Whether you have five minutes or fifteen chose what resonate with your spirit and set a positive tone for your day.

  1. Morning Meditation: lay in bed first thing when you wake up and let your energy be nourished. Choose on YouTube Vipassana Meditation or Psychic Soul Meditation or Meditation of your choice for 30 minutes.
  2. Nature Connection: take a 30 to 60 minutes brisk walk outdoors, focus on your breath and connect with nature. Also during the day stand barefoot on grass, hug a tree, smell a flower or look at birds flying overhead, connect with an element of nature and tune in.
  3. Water with Intention: drink 4 glass of hot water while setting an intention for the day.
  4. Body Vibration or Rebounding: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Gently shake your body by moving your knees up down so you feel the vibration through your whole body for 5 minutes.
  5. Mindful Coffee or Tea: sip your morning hot drink slowly and mindfully, focusing on the taste and smells. Take your time appreciating your warm beverage with intention.
  6. Gratitude Journaling: take 5 minutes to write 3 things you’re grateful for every morning.
  7. Positive affirmations: repeat 3 positive intentions while you open your blinds.
